InvoiceCreator may process account information, invoice details you enter, generated invoice content, usage limits, and basic technical information needed to operate the service.

Invoice details can include client names, service descriptions, amounts, payment terms, and business contact details. You should avoid entering unnecessary sensitive information into invoice prompts.

Information is used to generate invoices, save invoice history, provide downloads and email sending, manage subscriptions, prevent abuse, and improve product reliability.

The product should not be used to store highly sensitive personal, medical, financial, or regulated data unless a separate agreement explicitly supports that use.

A guest invoice draft and its PDF are kept in your browser unless you choose an account feature. If you sign in to save a draft, the invoice details are sent to your account so they can appear in saved history.

When you choose an AI suggestion, the billing description is sent to the AI provider configured for the service. AI prompts and invoice contents are not sent to the first-party analytics collector.

The product records workflow events such as a public page visit, invoice workflow start, PDF creation, signup, and subscription activation. Analytics may include the first landing page, referring hostname, limited campaign tags, and workflow labels, but not invoice text, client details, line descriptions, payment instructions, totals, or PDF contents.

Raw analytics events and anonymous session rows are retained for up to 90 days. First-touch account attribution is retained for 30 days, and network rate-limit buckets are retained for two days. The network address is used to create a rate-limit hash and is not stored in the analytics event rows.
